Blusher Color The shades of the blush that you can choose are dependent on several factors. Whether your skin tone is light, medium or dark, you should relate to the intensity of color that you use and make sure it would adhere to your lipstick. Blush color should not necessarily be of the same shade, but it should be in the same family color. For example, pink blush takes pink lipstick or tan brown blush looks well with dark lipstick.
